Shipping & Delivery Information

Momang Homewear works with fulfillment operations in both Vietnam and the United States. Orders are shipped based on product availability and order routing at the time of purchase. Final delivery is handled by USPS or other local delivery partners where applicable.

Delivery Time

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–15 Business Days

Once your order is placed, processing begins shortly after confirmation and typically takes 3–5 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes an additional 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier handling.

Important Note During Sale Periods

During major sales, holidays, or restocking periods, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to send orders as quickly as possible.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

Most orders are delivered within 10–15 business days from the date the order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier operations.

Address Accuracy

To help avoid delays or failed delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Delays may happen for reasons such as:

  • Missing apartment, unit, building, or floor number

  • Missing house number

  • Incorrect ZIP/postal code

  • Incorrect city or state information

  • Missed communication from the carrier

Incorrect Address Provided

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order. We allow address changes within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before shipment.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact both your local post office and our customer support team.

If a package is confirmed as lost before delivery, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

If a package is marked as delivered but is later reported lost or stolen, we may offer one replacement shipment to the original delivery address, depending on the case review.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender by the carrier, we may reship it one time to the original address provided after confirming the delivery details with you.
